Let’s dive into strategies for strong-willed children.  Through my work I often see a strong-willed child’s toolbox filled with all the wrong strategies. We need to be looking at power and control, preferential language, competition, challenge, giving choices, externalizing emotions, and staying calm. We will also go over what strategies to take out and throw in the trash.
